Availability, pricing and booking

The rate card below shows the costs per week when booked directly with ourselves.  

As explained on previous pages, the option to heat the pool is extra at a cost of just £200.00 per week. Aircon is £200.00 per week. Should your stay be shorter than a week, please do get in touch as we are flexible on the change over day.  Departure is by 10am and arrival after 3pm, although with prior arrangements these may be altered.  During the winter, the villa heating is not included but there is the option of either heating via the log fire in the lounge area or through the heat pump aircon unit in all rooms.
